Please read each section carefully and follow all of the steps to complete your enrollment.

1. Determine Your Eligibility

Eligibility requirements for student enrollment are established by legislative statute and includes the following:

  1. The student must be under the age of 22
  2. The student must reside in the state of Arizona

2. Email Address

If you do not have an email address already, create a personal email account (e.g. yahoo, msn, hotmail).

This email address is a critical communication tool for students and parents during the enrollment process. On-Line students will be required to use their email on a daily basis while enrolled in classes.

3. Important Information before you apply

Please have the following information on hand before beginning the on-line enrollment application:

  • Student and Parent current email address
  • Your legal name as it appears on your birth certificate
  • Student and Parent current address including zip code
  • Student and Parent current phone numbers
  • Emergency contact information
  • Family income level, to determine eligibility for the free and reduced lunch program (you will not be asked for your income level, unless you are eligible!)

4. Enrollment Application

Now that you have gathered the necessary information, please click on the “Enroll Now” button in the upper left part of the page. Be sure to follow each step carefully.

VIRTUAL STUDENTS - In the registration form, you will be asked to pick a site (closest to you) which will serve as your resource center. The resource center is used to offer in person orientations, help on classes, computer and internet access if needed, and most importantly it is the location where you will take the AIMS or TerraNova exams. If one of our sites is not convenient for you, select any site to register and then e-mail Enrollment@pin-ed.com to make special arrangements for testing.

5. Submit Your Application

Once you have completed the on-line application, be sure to click SUBMIT. An email will automatically be sent to you from enrollment@pin-ed.com

6. Check Your Email

When you have submitted your on-line application, go to your email account that you used to apply and open the email from enrollment@pin-ed.com and click on the link that says, “In order to finish your registration”.

7. Email, Fax or Mail these Required Documents:

  • Proof of age (driver’s license, birth certificate, etc. VIRTUAL STUDENTS MUST PROVIDE PHOTO ID)
  • Transcript
  • Withdrawal form from your previous school (not needed for concurrent or partner schools students)
  • Immunization records (not needed for concurrent or partner schools students)

9. Congratulations, you have completed the application process! A Pinnacle Representative will contact you for scheduling orientation and course assignments.
