Enrollment Specialist
Full time M-F 10:00am-6:30pm
Part time M-Th 4:00pm-8:00pm and Saturday 7:30-3:30
PURPOSE/OBJECTIVE:
The Enrollment Specialist will possess experience in education or enrollment processes as well as customer service skills. The ability to multitask in this role is imperative. This person must be team oriented, adapt quickly and positively to change, and is comfortable in a “call center” environment.
JOB FUNCTION:
Provide quality customer service when communicating with students/parents whether on the phone or through email. Contact students to gather required documents, process enrollments in Talisma. Create folders for new students and provide timely email and voicemail responses to students. Send records requests to schools for new student documents and contact students for new semester enrollment. Process time sensitive materials in a timely fashion, and possess the ability to work in a phone queue. May be required to assist with data entry functions including AIMS, transcripts, immunization documents, and withdraws.
REQUIREMENTS/EXPERIENCE:
The successful candidate must possess excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills. Sensitivity to student/parents requests is a must. Customer service experience specifically in a call center environment preferred. A motivated team player with the ability to work in a fast paced environment is essential. Candidates must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and be willing to take on additional tasks and projects.
Enrollment Specialist/Records Assistant
Full time position M-F 9:00am-5:30pm
PURPOSE/OBJECTIVE:
Entry level position providing general administrative and office support to the Registration Coordinator while offering support to the Enrollment department.
JOB FUNCTION:
Assist with records requests, AIMS data entry, graduation requirements, and creating student folders. Respond to registration emails, phone calls, and voicemail. Open mail, file, and distribute as necessary and assist with Enrollment process. Verify student files have proper documents such as: birth certificates, immunization records, AIMS, and withdraw forms. May also assist with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and filing.
REQUIREMENTS/EXPERIENCE:
High attention to detail, quick learner, and follow through on projects is essential. Prefer 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience and/or training. The successful candidate must possess excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. This position requires the ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
Principal
12 Month Contract – Nogales, AZ
JOB PURPOSE/OBJECTIVE:
The Principal is responsible for the leadership of a site by creating and sustaining a culture that promotes an exceptional educational experience for every student. Leads staff in promoting a shared philosophy aligned with the values, mission and vision of the organization. Creates a positive culture based on the values of accountability, service, participation, innovation, respect and excellence (ASPIRE). The Principal will develop and support staff in creating a positive environment, practices and procedures that increases student engagement, retention and academic performance. The Principal will ensure that the site operates in a safe and orderly manner which is conducive to student learning. The Principal will utilize key performance data from the site to identify student trends & needs and guide site staff in the development of appropriate intervention and support strategies for growth in the affective and academic domains. The Principal is responsible for the financial performance and budget of each site including but not limited to effective staffing ratios, increasing enrollment, and development of innovative programs to meet the changing needs of site. The Principal will display an effective & positive approach for leading, coaching and developing their team based on facilitative leadership and definition of best practices, resulting in increased overall performance of the site.
REQUIREMENTS/EXPERIENCE:
A Master’s degree and/or an Arizona Principal Certificate is preferred. Previous experience leading and building an effective team; strong instructional leadership skills, excellent problem solving, sound decision making and analytical skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office products with advanced knowledge of Excel; excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to interact with a variety of people.
Application Developer
Tempe, AZ
JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE:
The Application Developer will be a key member of a development team designing, coding, testing, documenting, integrating and maintaining applications that enable our business to operate more effectively. Responsibilities may include extending third party applications, creating internal applications for interface with third party software, integration services, and creating internal web based applications. This position may also be responsible for interfacing with SQL server databases and/or database development.
REQUIREMENTS:
3 – 5 years current C# experience; previous experience creating web services; ability to work independently; excellent time management skills; ability to adapt responsibilities to meet the needs of the business; a demonstrated track record of working on projects to success following established timelines and budgets. The successful candidate will have two to three years of in-depth experience creating business related applications in a Microsoft-environment. Must be able to multi-task and manage time constraints. Previous experience working in an AGILE development environment, XML, SQL and knowledge of SSIS are highly desirable.
