What parents should know about Pinnacle Education:
- Pinnacle Education is fully accredited by the Commission on International and Trans-Regional Accreditation (CITA) and the North Central Association Commission on Accreditation and School Improvement (NCA-CASI). Accreditation ensures content quality and that the credits earned by students at Pinnacle High School will be accepted by any high school or college.
- Pinnacle Education has a learning platform that provides students with as much educational assistance as they need to be successful. Students
can contact all their instructors directly by email or call our Virtual Learning Center from a 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. MST Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m.
to 8 p.m. MST on Friday and 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. MST on Saturday.

Parents can easily monitor their student’s progress, and can contact their student’s instructors at any time. Parents can easily
see where students are in each of their courses with a few clicks of the mouse.
- Students are closely monitored through Pinnacle’s one-of-a-kind Intervention Management System, which alerts instructors when a student’s participation wanes, when he or she misses a test, or when their performance shows signs of dropping-off. The program prompts instructors to directly contact the struggling student to provide assistance and get them back on track.
